I have read and heard horror stories about Bonefish's reservation system. these people are unbelievable. for a restaraunt this busy to come within 15-20 minutes of the quoted time is fantastic. I don't know who expects ten star service at a five star CHAIN restaraunt is expecting. Get over yourselves. I would wait hours over the quoted time to recieve such personal service as I have recieved there. I frequent this establishment at least once a week. On the most recent visit I hacd the pleasure of being waited on by lenny. At first it seemed that the cliche was true and you couldn't teach an old dog new tricks. To my surprise, he was the most informative person I've ever met in a rstaraunt. Does anyone else really know the founder died in a boat accident after being sold to outback???!! Has anyoneelse ever really been given the background on fish and chips?!! I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled reservation time this weekend and I couldn't care less. Fridays doesn't give me this. Applebees doesn't give me this. Houlihanns is terrible and Bonefishg wouldn't stand for service like that!! I have been there morte than ten times and read the reeviews on this sight more than that. The sorrid claims are unfounded. When there has been a mistake, a manager has more than made up for it. I was introduced to Mike on one occasion, the "boss", and was more than satified with his interaction and prescence. I met John twice. Not because there was a problem, just because. From begining to end its more than the food that seperates Bonefish from the restt of the restaraunts. Its the people. Talk to Renee once. Talk to Tony once. Talk to Lenny once. Talk to John once. People make the difference. Go there and see what I mean. I will take a personal expierence over written nonsense any day of the week. Don't believe me? Go seee for yourself. By the by, Happy hpur is great, just not as long as I'd like. Take advantage while you can.
