I think someone there just needs to re-define what constitutes "no substitutions". If the waiter says "no problem" to a dish that doesn't even appear on the menu, then I am a little miffed if I order the scallops minus the fancy sauce and the risotto (but with a side of spinach and broccoli rabe-trying to eat more healthy these days) and I get charged $33 ($7 per side). I think I'll get my scallops elsewhere next time.
