Review by TNTNJ for Brick Oven

Hi, My husband and I went to your restaurant this week. Initially, we were both impressed as it reminded us of our trip to Italy this past spring and the pizzerias in Tuscany and Sorrento. The pizza and antipasta was beyond good, and initially the waitress paid attention to us. But once we got our food, we never saw her again. didn't stop by to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Noticed that a couple who walked in after us, got their pizza and food before us and the people that were before us!. Don't really understand all of that. I am really disappointed in the service and am hesitant to mention it to others. I thought I found a local place where we could bring a bottle of wine and have a nice meal with good atmosphere. Not sure about the health codes either. The pizza man placed the pizza peel on the floor head down, then proceeded to clean tables, then to making pizza without even washing his hands!. I don't usually complain, and give people the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, although the food is good, don't think we'll be back unless the service gets better. A neighbor from Brick
