The owner was NOT PLEASANT AT ALL. We were greeted rudely, and when we asked if our table was ready after 20 minutes, the owner proceeded to seat people who arrived after us. The food is average at best, and he's lucky to be the only breakfast spot in town bec/ he'd be out of business otherwise.

Every year I dream of the candied french toast with fresh fruit...until the summer comes around and I can visit Perks Cafe'. Then I dream of it until the next year!

eh not the greatest food.little worn down and dirty. close to board walk and beaches is about the only thing going for perks cafe.
