Zagat says that this is a good choice - "excellent" and "varied" among other more mediocre seafood selections on the Jersey shore. The bar is popular with folks coming and going to the beach as well.

It became then, and remains now, our favorite restaurant in the area(south Monmouth/North Ocean counties) which, considering the immense choices, says a lot. The food is wonderful and the service is even better. Even though their prices range toward the high side, the service and quality of food more than justifies the cost. The Shipwreck Grill deserves to be placed among the top of fine dining establishments at the Jersey shore!!!
