I couldn't agree more with the last post. Small portions. Bad service. Seems like no one is in charge. Only highlight was the bartender who talked football and wrestling. He's enough to go for a drink, but I won't sit to eat ever again.

It seems they have gotten away from what made them soooo good last year. Serviceis lacking, seriously unattentive. Food portions are obviously decreased. The two female managers I've run into and spoken with there only confirm my suspicion that this establishment is run by clowns.

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this place. I eat there at least 3 times a week. They take reservations so I never have to wait. Food is always hot and I love the BANG BANG shrimp. SOOO good. I have seen many new people on staff, but they are all very nice. I would go there more often if I had the money.

I have read and heard horror stories about Bonefish's reservation system. these people are unbelievable. for a restaraunt this busy to come within 15-20 minutes of the quoted time is fantastic. This is a chain, but one you will enjoy... Bam-bam shrimp..Fish is fresh and special orders don't upset them
